How are my orders delivered?
Orders containing dry goods are dispatched using the EMS postal service or through a third-party logistics provider such as Kerry Logistics. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.
For orders that include chilled or frozen goods, delivery is managed through third-party logistics services. These orders are packaged with care and transported in climate-controlled boxes to maintain the integrity of the products. A tracking number will also be provided once the order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate our customers' preferences. This includes all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, we offer online banking options and ATM bank transfers for most Thai banks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. What is the refund and returns policy?

2. Wrong Item: In the event that a customer receives an item that differs from what was ordered, a return can be initiated. Verification of the order details against the received product will be necessary to process this type of return.
